The NY Post has been illegally censored by Twitter, according to the Republican National Committee – the GOP has filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Committee (FEC). The NY Post hasn’t posted on Twitter since October 14th and according to their editors, they are not allowed to post until they delete several stories. The Post published a series of stories that incriminate Hunter Biden and Joe Biden for behaving unethically and allegedly illegally by using the former Vice President’s position to gain financially.
What we know already:
–NY Post politics editor, Emma-Jo Morris, a politics editor with the paper, posted on October 18th, that the Post was still censored. NY Post opinion editor, Sohrab Ahmari, confirmed the censorship.
–Joe Biden has called the NY Post stories a “smear campaign”, but has otherwise not refuted the stories. Hunter Biden has not responded publicly.
–Twitter has updated their censorship policy but has informed the Post that they will not change policy retroactively – the offending tweet will still need to be removed to unfreeze the account.
–The Republican National Committee has filed (as reported by Epoch Times) a Federal Election Commission complaint – grounds are that the censorship of the article is essentially an in-kind contribution to Joe Biden’s political campaign.
–A spokesperson from the Biden campaign, Andrew Bates, denied the allegations by saying, “The New York Post never asked the Biden campaign about the critical elements of this story.”

If Twitter is going to censor these stories, it is up to individual Twitter account holders to tweet and retweet to get the word out. It should be of grave concern to every American that allegations like these against Hunter Biden be hidden rather than fully investigated by all American news outlets.
